Mandala Hotels and Resorts, a fast-growing Hotel and Resort organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Management Couple to lead one of our properties in NSW, and oversee the day-to-day operations of an established property - The Cubana Resort Nambucca Heads.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, staff management, and compliance. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.
What Your Days Might Look Like n
n
Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services
n
Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction
n
Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams
n
Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements
n
Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L;)
n
Maintain compliance with WHS,



licensing, and hospitality regulations
n
Ensure the property is well-presented, protected, and operating efficiently
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
n
Knowledge of Property Management Systems
n
Strong background in hospitality management operations
n
Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment
n
Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management
n
Be experienced in cost control management
n
Proven experience in driving and achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line results
n
Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
n
