Salary: $100,000 plus 12% superannuation
Position: Full time, permanent
Our client, Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd T/A Elante Homes, located in Rouse Hill, NSW, specialises in high-quality residential construction, custom home design, and project management services across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest regions.
With a robust commitment to quality craftsmanship and superior customer service, the company delivers customised residential projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Elante Homes is looking to hire a full-time permanent Construction Project Manager to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering residential construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
You will also collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors,



and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards will be an important part of the role.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
Minimum three years' experience in construction project management.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
Team Management
Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular progress meetings.
Budget and Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources.
Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
