The Role
As a
Senior Occupational Therapist
, you will:
Manage a diverse paediatric caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.
Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy programs.
Work closely with families, educators and allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Mentor and supervise graduate and early-career clinicians.
Lead case discussions, peer learning and clinical development activities.
Support complex cases, quality improvement initiatives and service innovation.
Contribute to specialised programs, parent workshops and team development.
What You'll Bring




Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
Experience delivering paediatric or early intervention services.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills.
Experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians.
Passion for helping children and families thrive.
