What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard.
You will manage risks and interdependencies, keep stakeholders informed, and encourage collaborative ways of working and timely decision-making.
Through solid delivery leadership, you will help teams deliver value efficiently while remaining aligned to shared business goals.

Proven experience delivering complex finance transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of financial processes and change management
An adaptable and outcomes-focused approach, with experience leading delivery across multiple teams and removing obstacles to progress
Solid organisational skills, including tracking milestones and outcomes,



and maintaining accurate delivery records using project tracking and documentation tools
The ability to foster collaboration across different teams, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and supporting overall team performance
A proactive approach to delivery, with the ability to identify risks early, address issues effectively, and communicate updates clearly and confidently.
