BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to deliver client-centred care in Rockhampton and surrounding areas.
You will conduct initial intake, develop care plans, and provide in-home support across daily living tasks, transport, and social activities.
Role requires a Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a valid driver's licence, and a work vehicle.
You'll work with CRM/CMS and participate in care planning with the team, ensuring outcomes align with each client's Care Plan.
