Our client, an awarding winning National Dealer Group have the requirement for an experienced Business Manager / Retail Manager / Sales Controller / Transaction Manager to join their busy franchised dealership in Slough.
Remuneration and Benefits
Basic salary of £30,000.
An uncapped OTE of £55,000.

Responsibilities
Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products




Monitoring F&I; performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls
Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives
Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Business Manager, TransactionManager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry
Strong relationship-building, negotiating, and customer-facing skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Honest, skilled, and solutions-focused with strong integrity
Full, clean UK driving licence
