You will lead packing shed activities, oversee cooling, storage and dispatch, and align harvest volumes with customer demand to sustain quality and efficiency.
You'll drive continuous improvement across post-harvest operations, balancing labour, throughput and costs while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
