Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a full time labour hire position starting at 3 months with potential extension. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and enjoys sourcing talent, building candidate relationships and working in a rapid-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
About the Role n
Working alongside a dedicated Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale recruitment campaign for a Federal Government client.

Reviewing clients recruitment plan and advertised vacancies daily and developing sourcing strategies to attract suitable talent.
n
Proactively sourcing candidates through the database, job boards and talent pools.
n
Create job orders and job ads
n
Conducting outbound candidate engagement screening conversations.
n
Assessing candidate suitability against role requirements and key selection criteria.
n
Building relationships with prospective candidates and referring them to roles/talent pools
n
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records within recruitment systems.
n




Attending client meetings via teams and providing updates and recruitment activity reports.
n
Working closely with a dedicated Resourcer to identify and engage high-quality talent for bulk recruitment campaigns.

About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing or recruitment coordination.
n
Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
n
Excellent phone-based engagement and relationship-building skills.
n
Confidence screening candidates and assessing suitability against role requirements.
n
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
n
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
n
High organisation skills and attention to detail
n
Experience working within high-volume or bulk recruitment environments.
n
Comfortable using AI
n
A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach.
n
Experience using ATS, CRM or recruitment management systems.
