Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
Developing and managing project plans, schedules and strategic initiatives to support organisational objectives.
Conducting research, analysis and evidence-based reporting informing policy, strategy and business decisions.
Preparing high-quality written materials, including business cases, executive briefs, reports and corporate documentation.
Monitoring project performance, budgets and expenditure while supporting procurement and contract management activities.
Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.




Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice and drive strategic outcomes.
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Experience in strategy, policy, programme delivery or project management within a complex environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and develop practical recommendations.
Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs, reports and executive-level correspondence.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
Experience leading initiatives and contributing to strategic planning, policy development or organisational improvement activities.
The Logistics
The contract running for 12 months, with a view of extension or permanency.
Full-time & Hybrid working arrangement.
Hourly rate of $***** + super.
Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
