So, what is a Piercing Specialist?
n
A Piercing Specialist combines
retail, customer experience and piercing
to guide clients through their entire piercing journey.
n
You'll help clients choose jewellery, provide expert advice on styling, placement and aftercare, create great experiences and develop the technical skills to perform professional piercings.
n
You don't need piercing experience to start. Our
Precision Piercing Program
provides the training, practical skills and support to develop your capability and build your expertise.
n
What you'll do
n
Help clients choose jewellery and create their look
n
Provide expert advice on piercing, placement and aftercare
n
Develop your technical piercing skills through our Precision Piercing Program
n
Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection prevention and studio presentation
n
Build your knowledge of jewellery, products and piercing
n
Work as part of a team that takes pride in getting the details right
n
Keep learning, improving and developing your skills
n

What we're looking for

You don't need previous piercing experience. We're looking for people who:

Take pride in themselves and their work

Are naturally curious and genuinely enjoy working with people

Communicate confidently with different types of clients

Thrive in a rapid-paced environment

Want to build genuine expertise and a career, not just find a job

Experience in retail, piercing, customer service, beauty, hospitality, healthcare or another people-focused environment is helpful, but it isn't essential.

What matters most is your attitude, and willingness to learn.
