is seeking an experienced and passionate Casual Chef to join the team at one of the Mornington Peninsula's most recognised boutique hotel dining and events operations.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Chef to join a diverse and dynamic F&B; offering across conferencing, weddings & events, restaurant dining, cellar door experiences, and in-room guest service, while playing a key role in supporting the kitchen with its culinary and guest experience journey.
n
Nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine country, The Dining Room at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill offers a refined but relaxed regional dining experience celebrating local produce, award-winning wines, and warm, thoughtful hospitality.

About the Role
n You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
n
Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
n
Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
n
What We're Looking For
n




Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
n
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
n
Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
n
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
n
