This is a high-volume, rapid-paced environment with a strict 24-hour SLA .
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify approved files to ensure documentation is 100% correct before issuance .
Complete rigorous quality and risk checks on lending values .
Collaborate daily with our offshore team to check files and smooth out afternoon handovers .
Adapt quickly to frequent system changes, process updates, and product tweaks .

The Goal (Hybrid): Once independent, you'll move to a hybrid model (currently 3 days WFH, 2 days in office) .
