Job Description
Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is recruiting a Practice Nurse for our Brighton clinic. You will deliver high‐quality nursing care across a broad range of primary care services, both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
n
You'll assess, treat, monitor and support patients, including those with chronic conditions, and contribute to QOF and broader health initiatives. The role includes wound care, immunisations, travel health and routine procedures, in a agile care setting.
