The Role

We are looking for a casual Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Greensboroughwhere you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team.
The Responsibilities
n
n
Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
n
Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
n
Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
n
Advising patients of care
n
Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
n
Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
n
Answering telephone calls and enquiries
n
Booking in patients
n
Administration support
n
The Successful Candidates
n
n
Have previous chairside dental experience preferred
n
Possess excellent communication skills
n
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
n
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
n
Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years' dental assisting experience preferred
n
