#### Retail Manager (General) – ANZSCO ******Carlton, VIC ****Full Time#### Job descriptionLankan Tucker, operated by KROON KOLLECTIVE PTY LTD, is a growing retail food business in Melbourne specialising in Sri Lankan cuisine and grocery products.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager (General) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, manage staff and suppliers, and drive sales and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDetermine product mix, stock levels and service standards.Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices.Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use.Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.Undertake budgeting for the establishment and monitor financial performance.Manage inventory and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.Control the selection,
training and supervision of staff.Manage sales activities and maintain high customer service standards.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the establishment.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of relevant retail management experience.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in stock control, budgeting and monitoring sales performance.Strong communication and customer service skills.Experience implementing purchasing, marketing and promotional strategies.Experience managing suppliers and inventory.Ability to manage retail operations and supervise staff effectively.QualificationsA relevant qualification in business, retail management or a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience.What We OfferFull-time employment of 38 hours per week.Salary of $85,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.An chance to take responsibility for the operations and performance of a growing retail food business.How to ApplyIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in the position, please submit your CV and cover letter.
