looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team in a structured, task-based role.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Property Manager or experienced PM looking for strong support, modern systems, a positive team culture and genuine work-life balance.
The Opportunity n
n
Task-based Property Management role - no overwhelming portfolio to juggle
n
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with
no weekends
n
Work within a supportive team environment
n
Full admin and Assistant Property Manager support
n
Manage entry, routine and exit inspections
n
Handle rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance
n
Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings
n
Brand-new office with contemporary technology and equipment
n
Use cloud-based systems including PropertyMe, Vault, Ignite and more
n
Free onsite parking
n
Ongoing training and development
n
Regular team celebrations and a genuinely positive workplace culture
n
$70K-$85K + super + monthly commissions

About You n
We're open-minded on experience, with Junior Property Managers welcome to apply. This role would suit someone who wants to develop their Property Management career within a structured and well-supported environment.
You'll ideally have: n
n
Minimum 1 year of residential Property Management experience
n
Valid Agents Representative Certificate
n
Strong understanding of inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
n
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
