Key responsibilities: n
n
Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
n
Provide mobility and transfer assistance in accordance with safe work practices.
n
Support residents with meals and hydration as required.
n
Monitor resident wellbeing and promptly report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse.
n
Respond to resident needs throughout the night in a professional and compassionate manner.
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living setting.
n
Follow individual care plans to ensure residents receive person-centred care.
n
Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively during handovers.
n
Your Skills & Experience n
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)



or equivalent qualification.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
n
Previous experience in aged care or a similar care environment (preferred).
n
Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, person-centred care.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during night shifts.
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
n
