As a Restaurant Manager, with 5 years of experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment, you'll be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant, including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and financial results. You will:

Position Duties
n
This diverse role involves a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
n
-Efficiently leading the restaurant Front of House team in day-to-day operations
n




-Being a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with the values and culture
n
-Ensuring high-quality food is served, and exceptional customer service is always maintained
n
-Listening to customers' feedback and working to ensure positive customer experiences
n
-Identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, inducting and onboarding new team members
n
-Training, developing and cross-training all team members, supervisors, and 2ICs
n
-Completing staff performance reviews and driving a culture of continuous improvement
n
-Managing rostering, shift changes, and team meetings
n
-Resolving any employee issues including grievances, disciplinary action, etc.
n
-Ordering stock from various suppliers
n
-Office administration duties such as Weekly reports, maintenance reports, etc
n
-Managing daily and weekly cleaning of restaurant.
n
-Executing marketing promotions
n
-Ensuring safety and security standards are recognized and upheld, and that each employee is appropriately trained in Workplace Health and Safety
