Job Description
Sacred Heart Mission is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse to support the Clinical Care team at our 97-bed Residential Service in St Kilda. This casual role covers AM and PM shifts and involves supervising care staff and liaising with Allied Health providers to deliver holistic care.

You will coordinate nursing services, supervise Personal Care Assistants and volunteers, conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and assist with funding documentation, while upholding Aged Care Quality
