8 days on, 6 days off roster, flying in and out on Tuesdays.

Role
Maintain and service processing plant infrastructure.
Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical components, including lubrication systems, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps.
Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
Actively participate in maintenance planning activities.
Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto.
Attend call outs as per call out roster.
Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes.
Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams.
Promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example.
Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required.
Requirements
Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
Relevant Trade Qualification.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Fixed Plant Maintenance team.
Experience in Sag/Ball Mill Operations.
Forklift Licence (desirable)
Confined Space Ticket (desirable)




Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
Shut down planning and managing experience.
Sound working knowledge of gold processing plants - crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits.
Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)
Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria's which includes medical and drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work checks and be able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance and an Australian driver's licence (or be able to obtain).
