Reporting to the Concession Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

Customer service experience (in a retail setting would be advantageous)

A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships

An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
n
Thrive on team work and collaboration

Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
n
Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations

Impeccable personal presentation
n
Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
