Job Description
We're partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Remediation Consultant to lead a critical payroll remediation project ahead of a major payroll implementation.

This role will focus on investigating payroll risks, resolving compliance issues, improving processes, and ensuring the business is ready for implementation.
What you'll be doing: n

Lead remediation of critical payroll findings
n
Investigate underpayments and systemic payroll issues
n
Implement process improvements and controls
n
Support testing and validation activities
n
Manage local and global stakeholders
n
Prepare clear updates and recommendations for senior leadership
n
What we're looking for: n
n
Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
n
Experience in payroll remediation, compliance or transformation programs
n
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
n
n
Payroll system experience is less important than deep payroll expertise, although exposure to Workday, ADP or large-scale payroll projects will be highly regarded. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced contractor or consultant who thrives on solving complex payroll challenges and delivering outcomes quickly.
