ESR Group is seeking a motivated Development Analyst to join our Melbourne-based team. You will support ESR's national Development business, delivering financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse development pipeline, with exposure to the full development lifecycle.

This role offers hybrid work, collaboration with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams, and opportunities to leverage technology and AI to drive efficiency.
