Remuneration: $***** - $***** ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & advantages

South Burnett Community Services offers a broad range of supports for people living with a disability across the South Burnett, helping individuals achieve their goals and meet their unique needs.
n
As a Support Worker you will:
n
n
Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
n
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
n
Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
n
Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
n
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisation requirements and relevant guidelines
n
n
About You:
n
n

Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
n
A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
n
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
n
A valid Queensland
Driver's Licence
and a
fully insured vehicle
to support clients.

A valid
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
&
Blue Card
(or willingness to obtain)
