The Role n
Reporting to the Head of Payroll & People Systems, you will lead the Payroll and People System functions, overseeing the performance, optimisation and continuous improvement of key HR and payroll platforms. You will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, and ensuring systems effectively support business objectives, compliance requirements and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead, mentor and develop a team of People Systems professionals
n
Manage and optimise core HR, payroll and workforce management systems
n
Drive system enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation projects
n
Ensure strong governance across data integrity, system security and compliance
n
Partner with Payroll, People & Culture, Finance, Operations and Technology teams to deliver effective system solutions
n
Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
n
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and user experience across the organisation
n
Skills & Experience n
n
Proven experience leading HRIS, People Systems or Payroll Systems functions
n
Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) is essential
n
Strong knowledge of enterprise HR and payroll platforms, ideally including SuccessFactors and workforce management systems
n
Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams
n
Strong understanding of payroll, workforce management and compliance requirements
n
Experience delivering system enhancements, upgrades, testing and change initiatives
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
n
