We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated cleaner and organiser to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
n




Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service.
n
Cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, staff areas and common spaces.
n
Regularly cleaning and sanitising high-touch surfaces, toys and equipment.
n
Ensuring cleaning products and supplies are safely stored and maintained.
n
Restocking cleaning, kitchen and general supplies as required.
n
Keeping storage areas, cupboards and resources organised and tidy.
n
Assisting with general organisation of the service, including sorting, arranging and maintaining resources and equipment.
n
Identifying areas requiring cleaning, maintenance or additional organisation and reporting these to management.
n
Following the service's health, safety, hygiene and infection‐control procedures.
n
Working respectfully around children, families and educators and contributing to a positive service environment.
n
About You
n
n
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
n
Valid Working with children's check.
n
Valid Police Check
n
Well organised with good attention to detail.
n
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment.
n
Comfortable working in a busy early childhood setting.
n
Understands the importance of hygiene, safety and confidentiality.
n
Previous cleaning or experience in an early childhood setting is desirable.
