THE POSITION
n • Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
n • Maintain robust awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
n • Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
n • Follow health and safety and food safety standards
n • Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow
n
THE PERSON
n • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery




n • Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
n • High energy with professional presentation
n • Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate
n • Able to obtain or already hold:
National Police Check
