About the Role

Measure all food items and portion them accurately.
n
Adhere to all quality standards,
n
Assist with food preparation
n
Ensure all menu items are fresh
n
Receive, lift, handle, and store food deliveries
n
Apply kitchen equipment in food preparations
n
Ensure working areas are kept clear
n
Ensure proper storage of food
n
Package all products following the right specifications
n
Carry out the opening, closing, and side work tasks
n
Clean kitchen equipment and appliances
n
Adhere to all sanitation regulations and health codes
n
Set up kitchen equipment and operate them
n
Take a record of all waste on the spoilage list
n
