Mercy Health Albury is seeking a casual Hospital Assistant to support patient meals and kitchen operations in a 30-bed facility.
The Food Services team works from 8:00am to 7:00pm with rotating shifts across the day to ensure continuous service.
You will assist with meal preparation, plating, service and kitchen cleaning while following HACCP and NSW Food Authority guidelines.
