About the Role
Reporting to Superintendent Mooka Ore Car Maintenance, your duties will include, although not limited to:
Provide a high level of support to the Mooka Ore Car Maintenance team;
Assist with calendar management;
Co-ordination of events and functions including team building days, offsite meetings and training sessions;
Visa & AMEX reconciliations;
Assist to manage employee and contingent worker movements;
Assist with site access for team members, contractors and visitors;
Prepare onboarding material for new starters;
1SAP reservations, requisitions, and notifications;
Flight & accommodation bookings via Workflow & AEGBT portal;
Managing confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy;
Order and maintain stationery, office equipment, PPE and crib room supplies;
Create and maintain registers in MS Excel and SharePoint




Provide project management and delivery support to Specialists (as required)
Please note – There is no residential housing available for this position.
About You
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a Site Administration or similar (PA, EA)
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and process accuracy
Able to work autonomously, proactively, and able to meet strict deadlines and targets
Ability to support higher level project delivery (from an administrative perspective)
Working knowledge with 1SAP (highly desirable)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using the BHP internal systems including SAMS Workflow, SharePoint, 1DOC and D2 Controlled Documents is highly desirable
Experience within an operational / execution environment (highly desirable)
