Are you an experienced Centre Director who genuinely enjoys leading people?
ANZUK are partnering with a well-established, early learning service in Sydney's Est to find a Centre Director to lead this beautiful service.
The opportunity would suit a Director who enjoys the people side of leadership.
You'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day running of the service, build strong relationships with educators and families, and continue developing the solid connection to community.
What's on offer?
Salary of up to
$140,000 + super

About you:
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are strong
people leaders
.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood service
Confidence managing, mentoring and developing educators




The ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve team conflict constructively
A track record of building positive, accountable team cultures
Strong relationships with children, families and educators
Proficient working knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant regulations
An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
Current NSW Working with Children Check
GECCKO Child Safety Training
FULL working rights in Australia
