The employer is after ENs who can work a varied roster, active night shifts included, and who are comfortable caring for people in their own homes.
The focus is on helping each client stay independent while protecting their dignity and quality of life.

Provide clinical nursing care and personal care inside clients' homes
Record care accurately and keep each care plan current
Communicate well with clients and their families
Work alongside the wider healthcare team, sharing explicit updates
Put safety, dignity and well-being at the centre of each interaction
Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
A current National Criminal History Check
Nursing Registration, if applicable, along with First Aid & CPR Certificates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with computer literacy and confidence in digital systems for care notes and communication
Prior experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
