You will influence training governance, competency assurance and compliance risk while partnering with operational leaders to shape workforce capability and training investment.
You will drive consistent standards, support audits, and champions protected, high-performing practices across the site.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in manufacturing training are required,
