You will be partnered with a "buddy" for training and support.
When the plant is offline (e.g. during shutdowns), you will help other teams within the processing plant.

About the Opportunity
An prospect has arisen for a Paste Plant Operator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia.
In this role, you will report to the Backfill Superintendent and operate on an 8:6 (days) and 7:7 (nights) roster.
Your focus will be on producing paste, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with operational strategies and targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Complying with all site standards and procedures.
Monitoring paste quality to ensure the product meets design specification.
Performing plant and laboratory sample preparation and testing.
Identifying, correcting, and reporting hazards and issues to the Backfill / Concentrate Coordinator.
Assisting with breakdowns and preventive maintenance tasks as required.
Ensuring accurate reporting, including daily logs, shift notes, and handover processes.
About You




Our ideal candidate will have some experience working in a paste or mineral processing plant within the mining industry.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
A high level of physical fitness.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
A current C-class manual driver's licence.
