ACCIONA in Australia seeks a Shift Team Leader to supervise Operations on a 24-hour shift system, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant and cutting-edge performance.
You will deputise for the Operations Manager when required and drive systems and processes to maximise plant availability.
You will mentor the Operations team, ensure resources, meet contractual obligations, support asset management and maintenance, and work with shifts to develop strategic plans for Operations.
