About the job Trade Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
This role is focused on transport refrigeration, working on truck air-conditioning systems and refrigeration units on transport vehicles and trailers , no domestic or commercial building work.
You'll work both in the field and from our local workshop, keeping fleets operating efficiently through high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
Diagnose and repair truck air-conditioning systems
Service and maintain transport refrigeration units
Preventative maintenance on refrigerated trucks and trailers
Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with safety and refrigerant handling regulations
Complete job cards and service reports accurately
Deliver qualified, reliable service to customers
Thermo King and Carrier experience is preferred
