Westgold Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Trainer - Processing to lead training and competency development across our processing operations.
Based on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, you will coach operators on secure and efficient plant operations and ensure VOCs and assessments are conducted rigorously.
You will partner with frontline teams and leadership to maintain training compliance, develop workforce capability, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
