Position Overview:
As a Solicitor at our firm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
Working closely with the owner and Principal Solicitor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of legal tasks, including client consultations, case research, litigation, document drafting, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to gather information and provide legal advice
Conduct thorough research on cases and relevant laws
Represent clients in court proceedings
Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Liaise with clients and other professionals, such as Barristers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base




Work closely with the owner and Principal Solicitor to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualifications:
Current Practicing Certificate and demonstrated experience in all areas of Law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously with initiative while also being an effective team member
Dedication to building and fostering relationships with clients and referrers
Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software and databases
High-quality proofreading, grammatical, and spelling skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines
Experience using PEXA for conveyancing and other property matters is preferred
