Duties and responsibilities:
Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
Selling goods to customers and replying to them on product inquiry
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Undertaking budgeting for the business
Selecting, training and supervising staff
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Negotiating and liaising for bulk discount for purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers
Designing and implementing pricing, marketing, promotional and display strategies
Anticipating consumer trends and determining quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased
Monitoring sales data and stock levels and customer's buying patterns of various categories
Display promotions and clearance sales.

Minimum Diploma level qualification
Minimum 3 Years of recent and verifiable work experience in a similar role.
Sound Discipline, Operation and Leadership skills
Solid administration, decision making, management and communication skills
Professional attitude and basic accounting knowledge
