We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in
Central West - Cowra, Young, Canowindra and surrounds.
You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
Your Team:

About You:
Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care modelsConfident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer literacy
Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
