Ourclient is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Registration Officer to join their team.
This role will manage and coordinate responses and investigations into reports of wrongdoing and public interestdisclosures across the Department.
Provide advice and support the Department in the development andimplementation of ethical and integrity frameworks, fraud and corruption prevention and promoting an ethicalculture across the Department.
KeyResponsibilities:
Undertake complex investigations into alleged breaches of departmental policies, allegations ofcorruption, maladministration and series and substantial waste of public money, allegations under thePublic Interest Disclosures Act and/or related governance issues.
Review and assess reports of wrongdoing, conduct assessments against the Public InterestDisclosures Act and make recommendations.
Proactively communicate with managers, reporters,



andrelevant employees to clearly articulate processes and responsibilities relating to each report ofwrongdoing being assessed.
Provide expert advice on diverse ethical and integrity issues including the application of relevantpolicies, procedures and frameworks, statutory requirements, conflicts of interest, ethical conduct, andgovernance best practice
SelectionCriteria:
Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations preferably relating to fraud and corruption in alarge and complex organisation.
Experience in the development and implementation of governance and/or ethical policies, strategies,and standards and providing advice.

Onoffer is a daily month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with ahighly competitive daily rate.
