**About the Role**We're recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to support our dairy processing operations across our Cobram and Kiewa sites in Northern Victoria.
This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel between both locations to provide hands-on HR support to our operational leaders.
In this role, you will work closely with site leadership and the broader HR team to provide practical advice and deliver key people initiatives across the business.
**Key Responsibilities*** Partner with leaders across Cobram and Kiewa, delivering proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle* Coach and advise on employee relations matters including performance, investigations, and grievances* Supporting with employee relations matters within a unionised and/or award‐covered environment* Identify people‐related risks and implement practical, business‐aligned solutions* Support culture, engagement,
