You'll run month-end for the manufacturing business, explain the numbers, and work with operations managers on costs and budgets.It's a role for someone who likes the factory floor as much as the spreadsheet: you'll understand where the margin goes by walking the plant with the people who run it.
The finance team is six people, led by a financial controller who has been with the business for ten years.
