An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading organisation servicing the commercial equipment and foodservice sector.
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive growth across key national accounts and develop long-term customer partnerships throughout Australia.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales qualified who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions and delivering commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with major customers, industry stakeholders and internal teams to develop strategic account plans and drive national sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key national account relationships
Develop and execute customer growth strategies
Identify and secure new business opportunities nationally
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and training
Build strong relationships with end users, distributors and industry stakeholders
Achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets




Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
About You
Proven national sales experience managing major accounts
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-motivated and highly driven professional
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience developing strategic sales plans
Ability to influence decision makers at multiple levels
Robust commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Comfortable with regular interstate travel
Experience within foodservice, hospitality equipment, commercial equipment or related industries will be highly regarded
