Uniting AgeWell Careers in Victoria is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support leaders across a regional portfolio from Castlemaine to Mildura, with adaptable hybrid work from Bendigo or Melbourne CBD and travel as required.
Reporting to a Senior Business Partner, you will own your portfolio, guide ER/IR, lead investigations, advise on enterprise agreements and awards, drive change initiatives and workforce strategies to strengthen employee experience.
