The Role n
With a genuine passion for childcare, you will be compassionate, and friendly and possess the ability to interact with children positively and productively.
n
This is a Permanent Part-time role 30 hours per week,
Monday - Friday (Morning and afternoon split shifts)
Your main responsibilities will be: n
n
Be the responsible person for the service
n
Provide a safe OSHC service for staff and children in an all-inclusive professional team workplace
n
Maintain children's attendance and casual bookings schedules to ensure child safety and supervision
n
Support the design and implement engaging educational programs with observations and reflection journals
n
Create opportunities to share children's participation and engagement in programs with families
n
Maintain strong relationships with families and the school community
n
About you n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
Hold aqualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
n
Previous work experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
n
Hold a certificate of training in Child Protection
n
Full first-aid certificate
n
Hold an NSW Working with Children check
n
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
n
n
Applicants must have
current and valid working rights
in Australia
n
