Executive Engagement Coordinator (Part time, Contract) n
We're looking for a confident, articulate woman to support our marketing activity by personally engaging senior decision‐makers and inviting them to curated industry events, roundtables, and thought‐leadership initiatives.

This is not a sales role.
While the role includes clear goals and KPIs, there is no cold selling. Success is measured by engagement and attendance outcomes — and you'll be recognised and rewarded for your wins.

What you'll be doing n
You'll act as the human face behind our marketing campaigns, helping senior leaders feel personally invited, valued, and confident in participating.

Your work will include:

Personally inviting C‐suite and senior executives to: n

Private roundtables

Industry events
n
Curated thought‐leadership sessions
n

Engaging with executives via: n

Phone

Email

LinkedIn

Managing RSVPs and attendance: n

Confirming interest

Coordinating calendars
