The Role
n
We currently require a highly driven and focused
Operations Support Coordinator
to join our
Burswood
team.
n
As part of this role you will assist in the overall administration & management of activities on a high profile contract, ensuring the delivery of all required work in a protected, timely and client-required manner, to support the delivery of. Programmed Facility Management (PFM) Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Ensures administrative and support processes are adhered to in line with Programmed FM quality systems and procedures.
n
Provides prompt responses to incoming requests, including via phone and email.
n
Ensures that all administrative processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
n
Ensures all information and documentation is safely stored in accordance with policy, considering the confidentiality and security requirements of the contract.
n
Assists with generating and completing reports as required and ensures they meet specified timeframes and quality standards.
n
Processes variation requests to ensure compliance with Programmed and contractual standards and seeks approval in line with contract requirements.
n
Maintains an effective filing system.
n
Supports the sustainability initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.
n
Provides feedback and participates in continuous improvement initiatives to assist the wider OCC in improving results in line with contractual obligations.
n




Supports cultural initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.
n
Actively identifies hazards in the workplace and assists in mitigating or eliminating them.
n
Ensures that required compliance-based activities are undertaken in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Skills and experience

Demonstrated proficiency in driving business capability improvement activities or lead role in client insights and/or innovation
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n

Practical approach to solution development
