An exceptional chance has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure & Construction lawyer to join the high-performing in-house legal team of a rapidly growing technology infrastructure company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence.

The Team n
Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will partner with leaders across development, projects, procurement, operations, energy and commercial functions.
The Opportunity n
This is a broad, strategic legal role providing commercially focused advice across major infrastructure and construction projects, property, procurement, supply chain, energy and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead legal support across major construction, infrastructure and capital projects, including complex project and contractor arrangements.
n
Advise on property transactions, leasing and development matters.
n
Structure and negotiate procurement, supply chain and strategic sourcing arrangements.
n
Advise on power, energy, utilities and associated commercial agreements.
n




Provide strategic advice on legal risk management and regulatory compliance.
n
Develop and maintain legal templates, policies and frameworks to support the continued growth of the business.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risk and deliver commercially focused outcomes.
n
Ideal Candidate n
n
8–10+ years' post-qualification experience gained within a leading national or international law firm and/or a sophisticated in-house legal team.
n
Significant experience across construction, infrastructure, procurement, energy, utilities, and complex commercial contracting.
n
Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial and project arrangements.
n
Experience supporting large-scale operational and capital project environments.
n
Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to senior executives and business stakeholders.
n
Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
