Job Description
BCIT Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support & Field Technician in Bathurst to provide remote and onsite technical support for a range of Middle West businesses. You will diagnose issues, manage tickets, and document solutions while traveling to client sites as required.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Entra ID and related services, plus network and device setup across Windows environments. A driver license and Australian working rights are required.
